just a word on the EMS 8860.
last phone call to EMS, they told us that the final software release for the 8860 with full functionality will be at least 6 months away and hopfully within a year.
that will bring with it things like fully functional traction and luanch control.
as well as 8 ignition drivers, up from the 4 there are now |

haha thats about it. Last time I checked with one of the EMS guys and asked if it will be released anytime soon they just couldn't stop laughing. I don't know why its not a higher priority for them because that would make the 8860 one of the most featured ECUs on the market for that price bracket. |

| I was looking into the 8860 about 18 months ago, and they were promising all sorts of things back then. Certainly disappointing as it definantly is one of the best ECU's for the price. |

yeah, once it comes out it should be good.
It is not a bad ecu now, but there is always room for improvement |

it was because of the stinger that it hasn't been finnished yet.
they where selling more due to the price and spent more time on the software for it. |
