Hey guys, i need a flywheel to suit a manual xr6 clutch. must be EBII or later. If you have anything, please pm me.
Otherwise how much should i pay at the wreckers? |

nah seriously, my mechanic now says that the old one wont work so now it's in bits he tells me he needs a new flywheel and can't source one from his wreckers...
So any help would be great cause i want my baby back!!!! |

Ford still sell the I6 flywheels, as they are still a current part.
They are the same from EB2 to AU, not sure about BA tho.
$110 retail I believe they are, depending on what dealer you head to... |

Maybe it might pay to ring one of the bigger dealers in your area.
Westpoint Ford in Melbourne is a Tier 2 dealer, so they get reasonable pricing quoted me $140 retail, and Bayford (again in Melb) is a Tier 1 dealer, and their quote was for $110. $30 is a big difference between dealers. Maybe Bayford quoted me trade by mistake or something, but that is the price they gave me.
Might pay to ring one of these dealers and get a price. Maybe have it shipped to you. |

Umm... Not living in Brisbane I have no idea.
Have you tried ringing a few dealers, everyone will give you a different price. You will eventually find out which dealer is the cheaper one.
Or as I said, have it sent up from Bayford in Melbourne. It would probably be cheaper in thend. |
