what they would've meant is that the discs have worn too thin
what else did they fail you on? |

i got a roadworthy on my xf a few years back and it needed new trailing arm bushes, brake pads, shocks were shot, and he passed me anyway.
the mechanic knows me and i told him i would have it fixed within a week, and i did. |
