take it from the diagnostics plug (near right knee in drivers seat) - it's the pink wire  |

IS THIS THE SAME WIRE THAT GOES TO THE DIZZY? AS THIS PINK WIRE ISNT CONNECTED.
BY THE WAY THIS IS HUGGIEBEAR ON A WORK ACCOUNT AS I FORGOT MY PASSWORD :p |

| the pink wire is what we used when we installed a piece of rice into another XG! We found it easier to tap into the diagnostics plug than run another cable through the firewall. it gives the same signal, so there shouldn't be any problem. |

| WE ARNT PUTTING RICE ON, WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE FACTORY TACHO TO WORK. THE PINK WIRE TO THE DIZZY IS DISSCONECTED SO WE THINK IT MIGHT BE THE COULPRET. |

| CORRECTION, HE IS WANTING TO PUT RICE ON (EXTERNAL TACHO) AS ITS FACTORY T5, AND SINCE HE IS USED TO 14000RPM MOTOR BIKE REDLINES HE WANTS A TACHO. |
