Can anyone help to resolve the problem of poor brakes on my AU Fairlane 1999. I have a pedal that just seems very soft, does not pump up . have bleed brakes ,no change. have put new discs and bendix pads, the car stops but you need to keep on pressing the pedal. when approaching a intersection you apply and the car starts to stop but to make sure you have to really keep pressing . it is as iff you have brake fade even when braks are cold and at low spped. I also have an AU 3 wagon very good in the brake dept. nice firm pedal. any answers.

A crook booster will give you a rock hard pedal.
I would check out a the master. It may be bypassing internaly.
