As above i want to fit EF stockies but im a bit worried about swapping over my 235/60/15 rear tyres onto them.

I know its not reaaaally advisable to do it, but is it that bad? Are the tyres gonna pop off the rim lol ?

The maximum size tyre for a 6" rim is 225. It will be a defect.

Restrict your driving to 60km/h and straight lines,
no corners, and it'll be OK.

Hmm, seems like the consensus is no.

Although i do remember having these exact same tyres on my old holden rim few years back and it did bulge out heaps but never had problems, but i think the rim was closer to 6 1/2" wide.

I'll see what the tyre fitter says

I had 235/60/15 on my old chaser rims, never had a problem in 50000+kms they were on, if I remember correctly the tyres they replaced where 235/60/15 as well and that was the rubber when the coppers owned it.
