Yeah 3.9 is quite a chnge and with a turbo until your used to it wouldnt be to great for your fuel economy and espescially all the tyre shredding

3.7's are good mate,

with the turbo you wouldnt want your first gear to be to tall, or it will be useless. I can still manage around 60-70 km/h in first with the 3.7's.

Diff technics here in Sydney will do a drive in drive out ratio change to either 3.7, 3.9 or 4.11 for 1100. Its a day job, just book it in, drop it of in the morning, and pick it up in the afternoon. Its what i did with my last car and i highly reccomend them
Brett

I think you would be better off with the 3.45's than the 3.9's. What are the other turbo guys running in the diff?

Torque wont be a drama with the turbo, I reckon with the 3.9's you'll just be spinning the bloody wheels everywhere..lol

I got my ratio change, 3.45 > 3.91, including new bearings, and re-shim LSD for $950 at Gear Exchange in Sydney.

Dude with the turbo honestly 3.45 will do the job fine to put the power down slightly quicker a 3.7 no need to go any higher.

Any higher and deending on how your gonna have the turbo car tuned and setup even a 3.7 might be just a tyre shredder off the line
