Thinking of converting.. my beast to Maunal 5Spd

What is better 5spd or auto?
Any Advantage's or DissAdvantage's?
Also after a price range too.. Recon 5spd or new parts?

or would i be better of selling and buying a maunal [because i really love my car :)]

i have yet to come across a second hand EF maunal 6cyc , thats why im posting here.. what are your opinions on what i am thinking of doing :roll: im only a kid too i cant go outta budget , but i have time to do it cause i lost my liceanse :shock:

mines an auto....atm, and as of monday it will be a manual. not only does it make your car so much fun too drive, it really adds to the resale too.

also how many klms has you car done. cause you may aslo have to look at getting it reconditioned so you may as well go the manual!!!

Convert to manual. You will be flat out finding a factory manual that isnt an XR6.

Less drivetrain loos with a manual means more power at the wheels. More control with a manual etc.

Auto is good for eating and rolling a smoke while driving. Thats it.

My motor was reconditioned at 190,000 and so far i have done 15,000 on it but it hasnt moved out the shed for 6 months because im awaiting for my liceanse to be handed back.Does anyone know a cost of how much it would be ( i just quit smoking dont need an auto to roll smokes ) :lol:

It would be the best improvment you can do I changed over and the performance differance was great. Mine cost $650 but I would never change the pedal box again go for the MAL WOODS pin
