abs light on, code 31 but light works and fuses seem ok

my abs light has been on a while and so has my air bag light so i got energetic and reset the air bag light as it was just a fault from the airbag being unpluged and an aftermarket steering wheel was in its place, but thats all sorted, now i have the abs light wont reset after it came on a while ago when i changed the rotors,(with abs ef ones) but i noticed theres a bolt missing that holds the driver side wheel sensor in place, its all pluged in (both of them) and in place altho its just missing the bolt that should hold it in possition, is this the culprate of the light being on?

it could be,
if it is not reading properly it will confuse the computer and think that, that wheel is continously locked up as it will be getting a reading from all other wheels

Ok ive cleaned all the sensors and put a bolt in, its coming up code 31 which is blown light/fuse so where is the fusefor the abs?

I couldnt find any labled abs, altho I checked them all and they seem to be fine, I also swapped the same colours around with each other
