Well I'm pretty sure I have 3 sets here, and I 've got a 2.5 tonne trolley jack so won't be a problem gettin it up high enough.

Are both cars on level solid ground?

Neil

Well, Jaysen, try and make it if you can.. PLEASE.

Neil, the cars are on solid flat ground... in my garage.

If Jaysen can't make it, Ill pick you up.

How long will it take for us to do this? What time should we start.

Neil, you haven't mentioned anything about what you want for helping me out?

Thanks heaps again.

Cheers

ill mark it on my calander for next saturday if you like. I will do my best to make it. If the wether is like today then it wouldnt be a problem anytime but when Drone and I did mine we started at 2 in the morning and it was still warm. Hot whether sux unless your at the beach or in the pool so best wait and see what the whether man says for next week. The hardest part I found was fitting the pedal box, they are barstards of things:evil:

For bastard things I have coorperation tools... I have a - bent spare axel, nice hammer, some bumpers, bicycles, and best of all another car...

so if it won't go in, I'll make it go in

It would be good if you marked it in your calendar...

if weather = hot.. i'll... hmmmm... dunno yet... I guess the beer will just have to keep us cool.

Cheers

Ok, me and mitchG911 got inpatient and removed the auto... so now I just need the manual back in, and a bit of help with the wiring and stuff, Jaysen? Neil? you guys still up for it?

PS - taking out auto - lol... not fun.. still have many scratches and one knuckle that has a detest to any soapy substance lol.

But prying the prick out of there, and watching him hit the floor.... hehehehe muchly fun.

The torque converter and flywheel and s**t are still in there, we just took the bellhousing part off....

Cheers

ill still pop around but I cant get on the drink cause I gotta work saturday night and its Drones going away party after that. Since you have done half the work its gunna be real easy fitting the manual box back in. If your feeling energetic pull the converter and flex plate off too. Ive got a clutch aligning tool so I will bring that and we can fit the clutch when I get there.

Tip guys

Seperate the bellhousing and box.

Bolt up the flywheel clucth etc. Roughly align clutch. Then either hook up the pedal box or get a big pry bar, then as you slide the box in, engage the clutch, then the box slides in so much easy. Beats trying to align by sight :)
