cooling system.. and you might want to sort your gearbox issue out before hand aswell..
you dont want it failing on the dyno, the tuner will not take any responsability for any failures on the dyno..
keep in mind a dyno tune is not easy on the car, its pretty much going to have the a** reved out of it at full speed several times over..

I did my cooling system the other week again cause my mechanic said it was only 25% glyco..
And it getting a trans service just before the tune day. So I can only wait to see if it fixes.
How many times does it get reved out? Like 4 times?

i would say around 8 to 15 times, its not like he just changes a few settings and your good to go.. he will start off adding alittle timing and a little fuel, give it a hard run to check afr's and for pinging, then on his judgment he might add more timing and adjust fuel and hard run it over and over untill it gets max power without pinging and maintaining good afr's. then he will work on lean cruising ect..
being a sct, it has to be connected to a pc after every run to make changes to the program then re connected to the car and dyno run again.

BTR boxes also had a problem from factory with the spacing beween the clutch drums. There is a spacer available for between the drums to stop the pessure escaping when there is wear between the 2/3 clutch drums. some places will tell you to replace the entire internals when the spacer is all that's needed. pretty regular problem in taxi's.
