I am currently putting and au engine in my eb II and want to retain the eb auto box, just found a huge crack in the bell housing of the eb box so what I want to do is swap it for an au bellhousing which has 6 or so bolts where the eb one has 4, now assuming they line up would this be a problem to only use 4 bolts ?. And also the bolts holding it on seems to be some weird torq type so does anyone have an Idea on the size so I can buy one ?.

Thanks

The Au bellhousing will bolt up to the EB Auto box, obviously the Au bell housing is a perfect match to the AU motor. The bolts can be done with a normal 12 point socket.

I actually have an au auto I was going to take the bell housing off but after looking at it I might aswell just use the whole thing all the plugs on the au box etc seem to be the same so all I need to do is swap over the rear cross member and I should be go ?.
