THe hardest part is finding the Gearbox. You cannot use a E series box of ANY type because the shifter location is shorter. You also cannot use a AU I6 box because the Input shaft is a different length. So in other words you need a AU XR8 Manual Box. I would also look specifically for a T5z box from a S3 XR8 as you are running a 220kw motor. The T5z are stronger. Alternatively you can fit a "Billet Retainer" to a S1/S2 box to strenghen the box. The weakness is 3rd gear. You need:

- AU XR8 5 Speed Gearbox
- S2/S3 Manual Pedal Box(S1 Will need to be modified)
- Shifter / Gear Boot
- Clutch Kit
- Flywheel
- Spigot Bearing
- Manual Tailshaft (I think? Not sure if you can use Auto tailshaft)

I have seen all the above parts with a 2nd hand T5z box sell for $2300 on fordforums so be prepared to pay $$$.

You also need to get your ECU flashed into manual mode as the resistor trick doesn't work on these properly. Don't bother trying to find a manual ECU because then you need to program your Smartlock again e.t.c.
