We have a bloody Borg Warner Single Rail in our XE and for the life of us we can't stop it leaking oil from the where the rail goes into the gearbox, we have replaced seal after seal after seal.

Any suggestions either for better quality seal or a way to stop the lighter from leaking?

:?

could there be a small mark, notch, scratch on the rail itself where the seal seats???

maybe try giving it a linish or sleeve it next time you have it apart.

My son pulled the box out agaon today and took it down to a bearing/seal place and got a double lip seal that is a perfect fit, this should do the trick
