Can I use all the ba t5 clutch gear like bellhousing, thrust bearing, pedal, master cyl and lines in my au.

Need new cable so thought I could upgrade as I'm sick of the heavy clutch due to a knee injury from years ago. Funny story but is annoying on the clutch

Also no I'm not getting an auto.

Cheers for any advice.

It doesnt all just bolt in but its doable.

You'd need the box too because the slave cylinder bolts to it. I imagine the input shaft lengths are different or something too.

The BA bellhousings look thinner.

Bugger, was hoping it would all slot in. Looks like just getting a new cable, after 240,000 would be greased up at all plus the cover is peeling off.

how olds your clutch? my original one was pretty heavy (surprised my firewalls still in one piece, i think my pedal box has been repaired) when my throwout bearing seized i got a exedy clutch kit put in at abs brakes morwell and its now a heap lighter, defiantly not hydraulic but not bad.

this is the clutch kit i got exedy FMK-6913

Clutch is only 2 years old, 50,000 ks. Looking at new clutch cable, should help a touch. Might be worth looking at a new clutch like the one fourl6 mentioned.
