I have been gettin prices on BA XR6 mags in copies for my EB.
Went to Ian Diffen today to actually buy them and they were confirming them by pic wen he reckons that the ones i chose were XR8 ones and would be extra!!!

Maybe someone can show me some pix cauz i swear that the XR8 come with the flat 18" mags with an indent a the top of each spoke and are 17s in copies. Where the XR6 ones have an empression that gets deeper the closer to where the lugs go!? XR6T? same as XR8? dunno

explanation or pix please?
thanks
-Paul

there are 2 types - XR6/8/T's, and the 'options' - the ones i've got are the 'options' - stock form they come in 18's, copies to suit e-series made in 17's - although i have recent;y discovered they are now done in 18's for e-series as well!

the mags in the photo above was not stock on the XR8 MkI's - it was an optional mag for the XR8's (and i guess the 6's & T's as well) - but i've been told it was an option for the 8's - unless someone knows otherwise? they were 18's - not 17's - the stock XR6 rims were 17's though...

lol does that help or confuse things more?

You could get a good start with the poster Ford spares have on the wall in most outlets. It has EVERY Australian Ford tho, not just Falcons. ie TX3's etc...

How much????
I was quoted $220 a rim for both the MkI XR6 rims and the MkII from a place in Baulkham Hills ... they were for the 17" copies.
