Thinking about changing over my BA from AUTO to MANUAL, any ideas as to what's needed??

Clearly a gearbox & pedalbox, what else? Heard I might need to change over cluster and tailshaft??? Probably lose the Auto computer too. Do I need to change the main computer too?? Many questions, appreciate any answers..

Any takers???
