hey guys i'm looking at lowering my ba wagon but i have two large problems.
1) my insurance won't let me so i can't dump it too far
2) i dont have very much cash to spend on doing so.
So my thoughts were to get the suspension from an xr6 ute so i can swap and if an accident did happen i could either swap or hope that they don't recognise, as i had my ef written off and it was lowered a fair bit and they didn't notice :D, any cheap options/idea's would be appreciated

cant see why they wont let you drop it to XR6 height...

and u cant use the rear leafs off a xr6 ute as the wago will be heavier and hence be lower..

best off gettign the rear leaves reset and a extra leaf put in ( allows for more weight and better handling ) and the Xr6 suspension on the front

I think you could use springs off the ute, but they might be heavier not softer! XR6 utes can carry an extra 600Kg in the tray or so.

In the AU there was a tickford suspesion kit option for the wagon. I have a mate with one factory fitted. It was about $680 from ford dealers.

It is nice and low not stupidly low though.

AU and BA wagon very similar suspension may fit well.
