Hi, I've noticed in my BA if I put the car in park it does so however in the dash there's the little letter indicator which tells you which gear your in, after a minute or so it flickers (something is slipping) and then changes to R (reverse). The car still physically stays in park but electronically it thinks it's in reverse because the music in the rear speakers cuts out so that you'll hear the reverse sensors beep.
Anyone had this problem before, or know a solution?

Cheers

It's a new one on me. Have you tried playing with the lever whilst it's in park and has gone to reverse?

Yeah tried to put in back and forth and then back into park. Still after about 30 seconds it goes into R, and I tried holding it in park incase it was the shifter falling slightly back but same deal.

Rooted inhibitor switch on the side of the box would be the first place I look.
