Hey

im going crazy , i want to change my brake light switch , under neath the foot peddle , ive diagnosed it to that as the problem ,

thing is i cant remove it , i removed this 1 cer "clip" but no luck

car is an AU series 2 forte

ive currently got mine pulled apart, thing is i pulled it off to quick and can't figure out how it goes together, anyone got any pictures of it installed? I put the booster in all the way, then the switch goes in, but doesn't leave me enough room to put the pin in?

You could alway's try and rip it out? remember it is plastic and it's being replaced anyway, on the EA-ED the brake light switches simply just unscrewed, not sure if the AU's are the same. Do you have a workshop manual you could possibly look at/borrow?

And FORDom, I would have thought the EF would have the same similar setup, it should screw in I THINK?
