looks like the brake switch on the brake pedal has s**t itself. theyre only about $30 or so to replace, and its pretty easy to do yourself.

did u put the globes in the right way around? they will fit nicely one way and the other theyre tight,they push 1 pin on the side of the base back into the globe base, id pull them out and check them again |

Yep checked all that..one pins higher than the other side of the globe and thats how the socket is set..they will only go in one way. |

Trailer plug will f**k up your lights if theres s**t in it or a connection is dodgy even when you are not towing. |

Had the trailer light plug problem as well. Plug and unplug the trailer plug a few times to see if it clears it out. Then maybe try clearing the terminals with a jewellers flathead screwdriver. If that fails, check the trailer wiring that should be under the steering column; that's where mine is as I have the electronic brake kit. If still no luck, as above. You'll need a multimeter to trace the fault.
