On the BTR 4 speed autos, I think the codes are 91/93/95/97LE, depending on age or I6/V8, but I thought all the rear extension housing oil seals are the same. Anyways Kelpro list two different options, one is the 'Boot Type' and the other 'Non-Boot Type'. Just wondering which boxes used which? O and how do I tell which box is in mine, think it was from an EB Fairy.

Just get a genuine Ford one. Much better than the aftermarket ones, and much easier to put in.

You can use either, one type has a external dust boot on it the other doesn't
Some people prefer one to the other.

I think I'll give the boot type a go. I've actually got both sitting here.
