camberkit- kmac or shim?

I had shims in my EF for yrs and never had 1 problem

just to say again in short words, i have the kmac kit for a year and 1 month and no problems either. rachet i think hardly, hardly ever move..

kmac sent me this a while ago.

cant see how thay can last twice as long but with noltec shim type almost a third of the price if they last 10 years i would be happy.

you say rachet HARDLY move? my shims HAVE NEVER moved, i know what i would rather have

either kit once set up righ will still have the same end result.
so argueing over tyre wear is just stupid. all it comes down to is how much you want to spend. both kits remain adjustable and most places that do alingments keep shims in stock.

I used to have a Kmac kit in my car, was installed befor i bought it.

The front end used to squeek like you wouldn't beleive and nothing could fix it, so i bought a shim kit from fulcrum for $160 thats been in for about 3 years now. Have never had a noise from the front end since fitting it.

I have the kmac set and it's just a pain to have. People won't know how to adjust them and there really isn't that much more adjustability (if any at all) over a shim set.

Shims won't move. That is what the V8 supercars use. Kmac kit is good in theory but.
