Could even be the uni-joints.

I have a similar clunking noise from the diff in my EB and can feel it in the floor when decelerating or on extrememly light throttle (<5% throttle). On acceleration it dissapears. Has done this for 2+ years and learnt to live with it. Have changed diff fluid to no avail.

Could it be the uni joints? What are the symptoms?
