I was just wondering is the ea2 a 3 stage or 4 stage auto coz i got up to 175kph and it changed gear was doing 185 at 3k revs

You should be able to look next to the auto stick, if it says 1, 2, D, then 3 speed, if it says 1, 2 ,3, D then 4 speed. Unless someones swapped boxes around and what not.

A four speed auto should be doing around 1900rpm at 100kph depending on diff ratio.

Must be a 4 speed then has 1,2,3 and D and does 100 yea around 1900 maybe a lil lower....how come if its a 4 speed that 1st is still pretty s**t
