I've got Lovells superlows and Pedders shocks out of an EA. My EF rides a mile high so I thought I'd swap them in. My EF has ABS - am I likely to have any trouble?

Probably missing the cable stay bracket if its a non ABS shock. I had put EF shocks and springs into an EA without issues.
