Hi all i have a few questions about my 95le trans thats sitting behind my 5litre
1 When in economy the gears seem to take a while to change and really dont change unless i take my foot off the power pedal
it's not lagging in power at all just seem like it's in power mode
2 when slowing down the kickdown in the gears will clunk and is very annoying, serviced the trans about 5,000ks ago anfd i service it on service required ks also i re adjusted the front band as stated in my manual and that made no improvement havent done the rear band as yet,

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Silly question, but how's the fluid level?
The BTRs are really sensitive to the amount of fluid in them. My EF has a 95le in her and I have a leak in the system which I can't bloody find! But she behaves very differently as the level changes if I don't keep it topped up. The shifts in Econ mode take a lot longer and she won't 'lock' into 4th at 70-80kph until I lift my foot off the accelerator. However I don't have the same issue with downshifts as yours.
Hope this helps.

Cheap pads squeal like cheap hookers, and you can take that to the bank.
