I have a vibration in the EF which occurs when the car is idling in any gear, it is fine once the car is moving but returns when stopped.

it seems to be across the dash any suggestions welcome.

Glenn.

yeah it stops when placed in nuetral or park. i think troyman is right about engine mounts being buggered, just wanted to check before changing them.

thanks.

i checked this out with the mechanic andhe said it could be the mounts or it might jsut need the idle screw adjusting, mine was idling really rough i screwed it in probly 2 turns and the vibration stopped.. now its fine to drive, mabey you should do that before you go out and buy a set of mounts.
