ok this is doing my head ini thought i would have figured it out by now but its is not the case
as the story goes

i was driving along when i went to use the brakes going downhill and the pedal went to the floor
i thought it was my brake cyl gone even tho it was only 14months old i replaced the brake cyl but still the same result then i thought maybe its the booster ... i heard a vac like sound coming from around the pedal so i replaced that also and with that a full brake bleed to all 4 wheels while it seems a little better its not 100% the pedal still goes to the floor but in saying this it apply's enuff brake pressure to bag up the wheels

any ideas/help would be great thanks guys

did you try changing the booster or not?
have you checked for leaks up and down all the brake lines and calipers?
