Hi Guys,
As the subject says...can I fit an EF trans into an EB? If so, anythin' need doing to make it fit or just a simple transplant? Cheers, D.

Simple transplant,
just make sure your speedo drive gear is the same colour as the one in your old box. Cheers Paul |

should be fairly straight forward (I'm assuming were talking about I6 here - if V8 disregard as I'm not familiar with them).
I have an EBII auto tranny on my EF ATM and there was no suprises. Previous to that I had an EA 3 speed auto there and straight fit to (asides from the kickdown cable). |
