Hello,
I need to replace my upper control arms in my EF with shorter ones to make my pinion angle more normal.

well that was weeks ago, and now i cant remember how long my current arms are..

Are the longer ones or the shorter ones 340mm??

Cheers
David

In the EF there is NO option to shorten the upper control arms.

The EL had additional mounting holes to accomodate this, but the EF does not.

You are stuck with what the factory gave you.

The shorter ones are 320mm.
Where in Melbourne are you?
I will have a set of 320mm uppers from my EL soon when I put in the EL Tickford uppers.

Do NOT do this with the 320mm arms. They are the standard fitment arms for EL Falcons and if fitted to an EF diff will make the pinion angle REALLY BAD. Trust me, I have done this before.

The EL XR arms are still 340mm long, however have a kink in the end. They are only to be fitted to an EL diff that has the extra mounting holes.
