hey all, was just wonderin how much people pay for a 4spd auto for a el 6 cylinder?

I got mine rebuilt at Wholesale Automatics. With Auto and Torque converter cost was $1785 fitted.

Picked one up from ford forums for $150 with 115,000 on it, was serviced 5,000 k's before that. Been running perfect in my fairmont for that last 15,000 k's. A reco will set u back about $1500 or about $1800 fitted.

I've got one out of an xg you could have for $50, 200,000kms serviced regulaly etc. (put a t5 in).

Sold mine for $200 or something...200xxxkms and it was pretty smooth at the time. Needed oil change that was all.
