Hi guys I am looking for some info on the coils fitted to El sedans. Does anybody have an specs ie diameter of coils and number of turns etc for the springs fitted to Falcons, Fairmonts, and xr6's?

No I don't want to make my own, I want to compare the coils fitted to my Xr6 to those in a Falcon and a Fairmont to see if I can get the ride a bit smoother to know which springs to buy.....

I put in a few weeks ago now superlows with GT gas shocks. The rear springs dropped 25mm too much and some bumps were quite hard as the bump stops were hitting. I now have super lows in the front still but heavy duty lows in the rear. The ride isnt too bad unless its a sharp bump but i guess the extra weight of the ghia helps.

Can u tell me a bit about heavy duty springs is there any dif to ordinary springs cheers
