Guys, EF2 Tickford ghia - rotational whirring noise after 80km/hr, sound gets more quiet over 100km/hr !?.

Car drives true and there is no shake/shudder in steering wheel, or body of car at all.

Had tyress changed, had alingment, been balanced, tested pressures, normal/rotational tyres. rims are 16' ftr's. ( had a 16/ 60tyre on one, hitting top ball joint- I initially thought this was cause- but chnaged it to 55. BUT STILL NOISE!
Car has camber shim kit installed- which i dont understand too much about but mech says will not cause rotational noise.

My guess is the wheel bearing- seems to come from the front left, but not completly sure- but again mech says that wheel bearing noise is CONSTANT FROM ANY SPEED not just after 80km/hr.

Is this true??

Any info guys appreciated- coz Im a little stumped!!!
