i need new shocks badly i am on a budget so price is a factor for me i know about bilestins and koni and s**t but i dont have enough cash
what are peoples thoughts on the ultima shocks im thinking about getting a set of 4
i was wondering what is best for performance out of pedders gsr and comfort, ultima, monore what other cheap but good brand shocks are there

the reason im looking at ultima is because there fairly cheap sounds like they do a not bad job on super lows and they have a 3 year warranty which is good

If your looking for a comfy ride, something like factory then BOGE are a great chock and recently put them into my EL. I think the rear could of been a little harder like the front so it feels even all around.

If you want abit more sporty suspension id probably go pedders GSR front and rear.

MAKE SURE YOU HAGGLE FOR THE BEST PRICE ANYWHERE YOU GO AND SEE IF YOU CAN TRADE PRICES OR IF YOU HAVE A MATE AND GET HIS TRADE CARD OR NUMBER SO YOU SAVE.

I done that and it worked out well :D

I have had Ultima Heavy Duty Shortened shocks in the rear of my EB on Super Low Kings for around 9 months now, and am very happy with them.

I recommend them as a great budget replacement, and will be fitting Ultimas to the front as well sometime this year.

I actually got mine before they were available on Ebay. They were a lot more expensive, nearly twice the price of the Ebay ones, and I still say they were good value.

at 700 they would have to be more than twice as good as the ultima's on ebay for 300 for it to be worth it.... is that fitted or just the shocks?

I don't know about the boge struts for the front, but i know the rears are only around $90 each, meant to be a pretty decent shock too
