May seam like a stupid ? but i just got a v8 ghia and when you put it in N and pump the gas it will only rev to 3 grand.. is this a hi stall or a s**t box

its a ba?
thats the way the BA's operate, neutral they will only rev to 3000, in park they will go higher. Its a safety feature |

cool thanks fellas. but would it be really bad to rev it in N to 3000 and drop it into D. cause it would get a good take off. and yeah it is a BA

Yes it would be really bad, don't do it if you want the box to last.

whats the dif with a 3000 hi stall then. like i would imagine that it would do the same as dropping it into drive. and maybe a price?

cuz wen u put a hi stall in u most of the time build the auto to stand teh stall so it dosnt blow up
