hey sorry mate, everyone is giving you a mouth full, yet not one person has helped, thats why im here :) haha is it like a constant squeel? or a (squeel 1 2 squeel 1 2. also get someone to drive your car in a straight line and look at the wheel u have hit, you should see the rim move in and out if u have bent something bad.

things u could of bent/ broke
f**k the list could be big
Rim
axel
Diff centre
trailing arm bushes
trailing arm
shocker
rotor
abs backing plate
list goes on...

could of even moved the diff.

now lsd none lsd the axel shouldnt matter as the spline are the same, and should be able to pick a second have one up from 50-70 or can go as high as 170. note you will need to get a new bearing kit can get em from repco for 34:00 and if u dont no how to change it take it somewhere,

my brother has done the same as u and bent the axel but rim stayed true. bent the abs plate, rotor. and f**k the shocker from the vibrations. took me and mydad about 4 hours to do it. what took the longest was getting the old bearing off the 2nd hand axel. because they are pressed on.

i hope i helped a little.

Mr hero rides in on his horse... here to help lol.

And not giving a mouthful, but having a bit of fun. No need to apologise on my behalf.. I can do so myself if need be.. in the case.. need not be.

like lil_lincoln said

lift the car up on stands under the diff(so rear wheels are free from ground) and chock the front wheels and slap her into 1st and get out and walk around behind the car and see is the wheel wabbles if so put the spare on and see if it still dose is fo you most likerly got a bent axle and the squeeking proberly comming from the inside of the rotor rumming the hand brake shoe on the angle that now developed into a squeel. and i you swap the wheel and it gone away you might have got luck but still take off the disc and inspect the hand brake shoes for damage.

good luck let us know what it turns out to be

Hey thanks, the mech said he thinks it might be the brake cover touching the disc. I drove the car, pushing the brake pedal slightly to stop the squeel. After an hour it stopped altogether :) cheers !
