depends what you want....if you want performance i would say go lows or maybe supers depending on what shocks, if you want pimp get supers or ultra's

reason i say depending on shocks is that some have the seat lower/higher than others and the same spring will sit at different height

theres no way to go realy low and still have a sniff of comfort without going fully adjustable coilovers or airbags. i put superlows on the back and with 20's i clear most speed humps no worrys.

Superlows. Front needs to be lower still.

Im running king ultras with the V8 springs in the front. The V8 springs are higher in a 6 then standard ultras but lower then supers. Car sits damn nicely though. Alot of people put supers in the front and ultra in the rear.

I like the ultras. The car sits nice and low but still is usable. i used to have alot of problems with my muffler rubbing on everything, even driving down a dippy road made it scrape. But now i fitted up the lukey extractors and a new exhaust, everything it all sweet. I have had it rub once, and thats when i took a bad speed hump too fast.

I would love the EF to be a bit lower, Maybe 3/4 of an inch but then it wont be drivable.

Remember different shocks make it sit differently, so you have be be careful of that. EG gabriel shocks with supers sit heaps lower then monroe with ultras.

I have King super lows all round on shortened monroe shocks. Im on duel fuel so the tank makes the back sit a little lower which is nice. I love the stance now. You should probably about getting your muffler(s) tucked up a bit two as my muffler was scraping the road and causing sparks and i had no idea untill someone told me.

Assuming you have a standard EL without a gas tank...then you can have the following

If you want practicality, stick with what you got.

If you want practicality but have the car sit level, just chuck lows on the rear...or XR height.

If you want to drop the car for it to look good with a bit less practicality then the above, then go lows on the front and super lows on the rear.

Go super lows all round if you want the a** sit just a tad higher (not level compared to the one above)

Ultra lows all round and you are cop bait (illegal height most of the time)...

Ultra low rears and super low fronts will even the car out but will either be super boderline with clearance or illegal.

Depends what you want, where you drive most of the time and how you like drive.

I have stock front and XR rear and that clears all the places I go to...sometimes my tow bar hits the top of the speed hump with a boot full of junk and an extra person in the back seat.

phong =P~

Yeah, if you decide ultra lows then be prepared for regular encounters with the cops. 120mm is the minimum clearance and thats for the whole car which includes diff, muffler, bumpers, etc.
