Ok so i just got some new rims and the car is siiting pretty high. Im looking to lower it as much as possible but don't want to bottom out. Considering that my car is usually the car full of 4 or 5 people on a friday or saturday night. Also i wana obviously keep the cost down so was hoping just to get shortened springs.Any advice??

If you regulary have plenty of passengers I wouldn't bother going any lower than XR6 Height or King Low's. This will look lower than normal anyway because of the bigger rims.

I had superlows in the rear riding on 15" turboblades on the EB and it would cause havoc with anymore than one passenger in the rear.
