Gday fellas, how often should LSD on an EL's oil be replaced? And are there any signs (while driving or diff oil colour etc) to look out for that the diff is getting a bit worn? (obviously a bit hard if you don't open the diff up)

Cheers
Josh.

I'd say every 50,000k's

Most cars don't get their diff oil changed in they're lifetime.

Whining and clanking noises are a sure sign, don't go by 'it doesn't limo' when i do a burnout.

LSD's bugger the oil quicker with constant town driving, ( corners, parking lots, etc ), but if a lot of highway use, doesn't so much.
Every 2 years or 20,000km....keeps them alive.....cheaper than fixing them.
