He wants to know what size spaces he needs for a stock EF, any info would be great!

dont use spacers. get hub adaptors.

send your brother down to canterbury mag wheel and tyre, on canterbury rd in Bayswater (bit past anaconda/repco), all he needs is an AU- pre AU adaptor. they'll be able to help him out there.
