I have all new pads and disks but my brakes are reallly soft and thay just dont stop me how doi fix this??

I have been told there might be air but how do i bleed them cos i tryed going it wen the car was off and if didnt do much but i onlt did it frome one bavk tyer
Do i have to do it to all of them

buy a bleed kit and follow the instructions, they are like $15.
