Talk about an upgrade to your car that would be extremely wise to do.

I'd love to see something like this as well.

Unless you live near snowy or gravel roads. Dont install ABS then. Ask me why I know.

The only problem with doing such a huge conversion.... There is a lot of stuff that needs to be added and replaced....

The brake lines for example, all need to go to the passenger side fender area, for the ABS module, then spread off to their calipers....

That in itself would mean that you would need to get the brake lines from the booster, all the way to to calipers.

Then there is the wiring... Not very difficult actually, but you would need to source the wheel sensors (Roughly $30 or so from wreckers), and wire each one up...

Then the Diff needs to be changed (I think), so as the sensors and ABS rotors all bolt up...
Then you need ABS front rotors....

If you had a wreck next to you, then it would be possible... But I imagine it wouldnt be easy if you had to get the parts from a wrecker to do this..

It would be a nice feature, but would be a major pain to get it all working nicely...

VE Calais V8, IQ, HSV instruments and brembos fitted.
IQ, IPC, BCM all hacked and programmed without TECH2 :)
