yeah they only make the two way for our models DAG3820 is the part number for bw 78 series diff with 28 spline axles.
anyone know how long it will take to run in and stop making horrible noises when turning without power applied? presuming couple of weeks. cheers

Your best bet would be to go back to WA Diffs and they'll more than likely put an additive in the oil. When I did my diff there (just rebuild, no KAAZ
 ) it was making some really terrible noises at low speeds. I thought I'd done something and took it back, but they explained to me that all the diff oils aren't much chop these days and on a lot of jobs they need to put in additives, even on the kaaz installs they do.
I haven't heard a thing since...

Or alternatively just go down to an auto parts store this weekend and get some Nulon G7 (or maybe it's G90 - eitherway, it's something like that) or some Penrite LimSlip additive and chuck it in. the kaaz came with its own kaaz oil, its normal for it to scrub on corners until clutches run in enough, was just wondering to other kaaz owners how long it took to quieten down.
