I tow a boat with my car and i have super lows on the rear.

your bump stops should stop the body of the vehicle fouling with annything, Having said that I did break the breather off the top of my diff from it hitting the body of the vehicle.

I also trimmed about an inch off my mudflaps, would have taken them off completly but they help stop the gravel flicking up and chipping my car.

I'd get a suspension joint to check out the car first dude ... if its the bump stops you can buy shorter bumps stops to rectify this problem....however if u have a fair load in the boot normally like i did with all the audio gear i ended up having to remove the superlows and go for a low option but heavy capacity load rating...you may need to look at this....or organise through king/lovell for some custom springs...that way the ride heaight/eyebrow height can remain the same but the coils themselves are stiffer will make the rear ride comfort a lil less comfortable but may correct the scrubbing...check all the guards and if u can just chack the car up and check for any metal scraping like above the tailshaft and diff crown wheel...thats where mine was scrubbing out bad..
