Any one know roughly how much a pair of king springs super low for front of ef falcon cost? and how hard is it to put in your self?

About $130ish per end, and not hard to do yourself.
if you go superlows though you should really look at getting matching shockers and a c&c kit.

cheers for that got the rears of ebay $60. will look into c&c kit will see how shocks go 1st.
