Hi there i have an eb xr6 thats axle tramping. The car is lowered on superlows but the rear trailing arms bushings are worn so are to be replaced but i am just wondering what trailing arms to use as ive herd of el top or lower control arms combined with xr original top or bottom can correct driveline angles and help reduce axle tramp.

ALSO, i noticed the otherday when i sat in the back of my car that while driving there are knocking noises. one sounds from around the gearbox and usually under full load gearchanges so i beleive its probaly a gearbox mount??? . The other seems to come from in the boot area or near the rear left seatbelt pillar there. Could that be caused by the control arms??? all other bushes in the car have been replaced except control arms. I have also checked driveline and there is no feeplay etc so any ideas???

Thanks!
