get a manual, makes first time things alot easier.
tho somethings can be done a little differently. its a pretty simple job, but time consuming when ya haven't done it before

Back is easier than the front ,

To do the back you need a large jack, jack it up by the diff then support it with stands , the lower the jack a bit so the diff drops , then open the rear door pull down the back seats and take off the cover, then undo the four bolts holding the shocks which are 17mm, then get under the car and undo the bolt that goes thru the shock I think it's 18mm or 7/16 , then tap it out with a punch if it's tight or Lower/ raise the diff then pull the shock up thru the hole inside the car the lower the diff n pull out the spring , I cleaned all the rubber things that go around the spring , installation is the same just make sure the spring is sitting in properly when u lower the car to the ground ,

Now with the front u will need a spring compressor , chock the wheels If needed, jack car up the support with stands, then undo the 4 shock bolts in the engine bay and then the one at the end of the shock , now look up into the wheel arch n u will see a big U shaped plate going around the shock , there are 2 bolts holding it there use 2 spanners to undo then pull it out , now u can
Pull the shock down and out, it's a bit tricky , then compress the spring undo the nut on the top and pull off the spring , then reverse alll the steps when installing new springs and shocks , I also used anti seize on the bolts , so it's easier next time u take it apart , sorry I couldnt help with pics but I think I've helped enough lol

Cheers corey ,

Ps if u go to my build thread I've got a few pics of the rear springs being changed
