i have just bought a standerd ef series 2 fairmont ghia and want to lower it to make it look nice but not too low i live in frankston and want some help on what i should get and where i can get it sorry if this sounds lame but i am a newby to this also if u can help by telling me wat sort of prices i would be looking at thanks

I'm also in the same boat, the ghia's have lower suspension already so i have been toying with the idea of going super lows.
Super lows might be a bit low if your worried about height but i'm not sure what other heights are around

Mont Ghias have the same suspension as XRs...ie eqivulent to lows al;ready.

its not heigth i worried about its practicallity and cop bait that i am thinking about and i dont want to have 5 people in the car with me and have the tyres scrubing every corner i go around

i have an el ghia and am looking at whiteline lows as apprently they are slighty lower than xr suspension

ive got super lows in mine and almost got defected the other nite cos its 2 low, its sits awesom and its only 10mm to low under the cat and the exhaust

so wat sort of price should i look at to put whitlines on it all round with shocks to suit

i got superlows (kings) but sorry i cant remember the price. i know it was between 300-350 dollars anyway..

they say you should get new shocks and a camber kit as well with superlows , i didnt and have had no probs.. the car had 144 000 kms on it when they went in.. i do however think maybe i should have got lows as i scrape /speed humps are a nitemare and any driveway that is slightly higher than normal..

my car gets no attention around frankston, and its not exactly high.
i think you'd be able to get away with superlows., it seems that it differs from car to car though.
tyres won't scrub unless you're running 235's or wider in most cases, in which case rolling the guard can help.
