Wot? I thought the steering racks for the auto & manuals are the same. Or, do you mean you're going to operate it by hand?

As Ford Australia has used power steering since the 70s, are you after something specifically made by Ford? I know someone who does Mustang steering conversions who may have some ideas. How soon do you need an answer?

It was just a query at this time.
I understand that ford has had power steering since the 70s and have converted a number of X series to PS. Im looking though at making an E Series non-PS - more for engine bay cleanliness. Dont worry about chasing it up - was a query just in case someone knew off the top of their head. Nigel |

Years ago, a mate had an EB sedan as a drag car, 351C, FMX auto, and a modified 9".
He was using a VL Commodore steering rack. He had a modified steering link ( the link from the steering column to the rack ).
